A major bridge located east of San Pedro, at the Guaymon River between
Progresso and Tela, fell in and a stretch of the main road from Tela
was washed out.
La Prensa from San Pedro Sula reports that land travel recommenced
early last Sunday between San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba with a detour
which has added a hour to an hour and a half to the trip.
