Unfortunately no price mart or anything equivalent in La Ceiba at the
moment. I share your feelings about San Pedro Sula but it is the
closest place to find the big stores. In La Ceiba you still have to
shop around.
Our hotel and restaurant manager at the Coco Pando Resort and Iguana
Restaurant and Bar, Mr. John Salzer, is also a builder and has lived
in the are for a decade plus and may be able to give you some advise
on the best places/prices to find what you need.
We'd be happy to have you as guests as well.
