Charlie's got some good advice there, and the trip sounds good. Could you possibly write about whether the climb up to the top of the island of el tigre is good or not?
Not sure whether they have internet in Amapala or anywhere else on El tigre island.
I personally (February to March) will be doing the intrepid Honduras highlights, then will go down to La Esperanza for the Sunday markets, then El Tigre and Gracias before going back to San Pedro Sula.
