It appears that both of the direct charter flights from Canada to
Honduras will be up and running again this winter.
You can book Toronto/Roatan/Toronto via Nolitours
(http://www.nolitours.com/). It is a WestJet charter which runs
Saturday to Saturday. The price varies but to give you and idea a
Februay 11 departure on a two week stay will cost $957(CAD), $805 (USD)
per person round trip.
Through Conquest Vacations (http://www.conquestvacations.com/) there is
a direct Monday SkyService charter departure from Toronto to La Ceiba.
Round trip on that is $977 (CAD) $822 (USD) for the same time period
round trip per person.
