I will be traveling to Roatan in September and staying for two weeks. I'm interested in finding out about places to see and things to do that one doesn't readily stumble upon online or in travel books. I'd rather spend the time (and money) seeing and supporting and interacting with locals rather than other tourists like myself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
BTW, I will be with my parents who are in their sixties, (so some activities will need to be a little slower paced) but my brother and I are both very active so would be interested in hiking, boating, biking, etc.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
