As many people have heard, a few weeks ago the world famous Hole in the Wall
restaurant in Jonesville Bight burnt down to the water. I know that it's
getting around the Internet but I'm not sure where the news is being spread. I
came back from a vacation in the states the week after it had happened and a
tourist sitting next to me told me she heard about it online.
I live in Jonesville and have been a part of the reconstruction effort, and
am proud to say that with all of the help of many other volunteers, the Hole
in the Wall is back open for business!! There are still things to do and,
because Mr. Bob did not have insurance nor has he any other source of income,
the expenses are mounting so there will be a benefit to help with cost of
rebuilding. If you have the opportunity to come, please do. You'll be a part of
the making of a new chapter of a Roatan legend!

runs out--but we'll have TONS).
