Stephanie -
Adopting from Honduras, we are talking about children right, is almost
a non-starter. I have spoken with people who have spent years trying
to adopt. There must be a success story out there somewhere but I have
not heard it. There is no private adoption system in Honduras just a
very well (dis)organized system designed to bleed you of your time,
your money and your heart.
Guatemala is still the best bet in CA for adoption.
