Thanks for your replies. Charles, it is under 3/4 an
acre, it is unimproved (no electricty, water, etc) and
on the beach. Also any idea what it cost to transfer
title on vacant land? Anyone have an email address for
an attorney in LaCeiba area that speaks english?
