I am NOT an expert but was told by an individual who does know and that is you must NEVER attempt a residency visa whilst IN HONDURAS.. It MUST be started OUTSIDE of Honduras by getting the necessary papers from the Honduran Embassy or Consulate. Thus far, however, I have not received the papers to fill out but am hopeful that I will get them so I can get it started
