I plan to begin mailing out written invitations to the Conference on
Honduras 2005 before the end of February. I would like to mail out
about 1,000 invites. The goal is to attract 400 people to the
conference. That's about the maximum number that the Municipal
Conference Center in Copan Ruinas can accommodate.
As part of the invitation, I intend to include a list of groups that
will be attending. I will include the name of each organization and
the city where they are based.
If you would like the name of your organization to be included in the
invitation, you'll need to register online within the next 2-3 weeks
