Subject: [travel-to-honduras] Coastwatcher - Tales of one mans paradise

The home page of the Roatan website (http://www.roatanet.com), a sister site to travel-to-honduras.com, used to feature a column titled 'Coastwatcher.' Coastwatcher was a collection of stories and commentaries written by Pierre Renaldo.

Pierre was a long time Roatan resident whose stories and commentaries take you on a journey through his Paradise. He shares his perceptions, his observations, first hand experiences and gives you a close up view of every day living on a tropical island in the Western Caribbean. A favorite of mine is “Roatan: A Lady and Her Yurt.” Another favorite is Pierre’s recipe for his Roatan Sunrise (or Sunset, depending on your time of day), as well as other island delights. Pierre’s stories of island life, often humorous, sometimes tragic but always interesting, can now be found in his new book of the same name –
‘Coastwatcher (Tales of the Western Caribbean)’

If you’re interested, you can order this book directly from the publisher: http://www2.xlibris.com . It is also available from Amazon.com (at a higher price).

(And if you like this book, you might also want to check out ‘Ironshore.’ This is a novel about the mystery and intrigue of Roatan's ironshore coast that Pierre called home for several years.)

    Regards,
    Sue
