One of the features of the Conference on Honduras 2004 (http://www.projecthonduras.com/conference) will be a one-day Workshop on Sustainable Programs, led by Kathy Tschiegg, RN of the Central American Medical Outreach (CAMO) - http://www.camo.org
The workshop will take place at the Hotel Marina Copan's conference room, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2-5 pm.
Kathy will share her two decades of experience working in Honduras, relating her insights on establishing and maintaining sustainable programs in the country. There seems to be an increasing intereest by groups helping Honduras to create projects of a more permanent in- country nature.
