Just a short note to thank Howard Rosenzweig and his wife Angela for
their hospitality during my recent trip to Copan Ruinas. I stayed
one night at their Casa de Cafe bed & breakfast
(www.todomundo.com/casadecafe) and it was a very nice experience.
The place is beautiful... everything is done in subtle good taste. I
only regret that I didn't have a chance to enjoy the full extent of
what Casa de Cafe offers (ie, breakfast and simply lounging around in
the garden swinging on one of the hammocks). I was just in too much
of a hurry all the time. I will be recommending Casa de Cafe to
people who plan to attend the Conference on Honduras 2003 in Copan
Ruinas (www.projecthonduras.com/conference). I know that my inlaws
will probably want to stay there. By the way Howard... the bed in my
room was really comfortable!
