Scuba? Tela? In a word...No. Snorkeling...sure. I don't think you could
even find a fill anywhere around Tela. Take the ferry from La Ceiba to
Utila or Roatan. There is also an outfit...in Ceiba, I think...that
will take you out to Cayos Cochinos for a price.
