I work with a San Pedro Sula company that allows me to travel down to the plant 5-6 times a year. Recently, one of my coworkers had a medical emergency that required some extensive tests at the Hospital in San Pedro. The comments were the hospital was very modern, doctor competent, and the tests thorough. All costing 1/4 what it cost in the US. For those who live down there, do you feel comfortable with getting some or all elective procedures done? How has your experience been? Would you recommend if I wanted to get some basic stuff done down there? How about Dental as well?
