I will not say that this would happen for sure...BUT.. my friends THERE(in La Ceiba) stated that their relatives in t he US (at first) sent them things but they would get stolen at the post office in La Ceiba and/or someplace else in Honduras.. SO.. what they(the people in the US) do not is to send several things at ONE TIME and actually use a transitair(shipping agent).. more costly but....
