Hello everyone, I am thinking about moving to Roatan and working on a project to teach English in Schools.
The main reason is to go there a see my boyfriend who I havn't seen for six months. He has told me some horror stories aboout the place but also about the buety of it. What advice would anyone give to a 26 girl who is considering this journey. What communities have settled there, I do have a clue about the history there and the fact that there is some ex-pats there and tourists that have settled but how easy is it to feel at home here. I really would love to go just pre-jitter verves I guess.
Also I would like to now if there are any companies or organisations that would offer me work, I love working with kids animals. I am a good poeples person, business like and versitile to many jobs. So please does anyone have any advice I really want to learn about the poeple there first. My boyfirend is a Van Bodden any others out there he said he is related to most poeple on the island and this is a popular surname.
