It's hard to answer these questions for someone else. It depends on
how you live. I suggest spending some time in each place and see if it
meets your needs. You can live inexpensively in many places, but
whether it's comfortable for you depends on you. How big a home do you
need? What features should it have? What do you want to be near? Etc.
