Yes, you can(I have) get fairly good maps of Honduras online.. OR.. if you want, get one iln Honduras at a book store there in the (a) Mall.. or in the U.S., I have seen some good ones at the WORLD OF MAPS store.
Trails at PIco Bonito..... That would be difficult to explain in an email... I would strongly recommend that you get there and ask someone there at the hotel at Pico Bonito.... Norman
