I noticed on the webpage for Cuerry y Salado Refuge that there are many different guided boat rides/canoe rides you
can take...which do you recommend?
>>>I'm sure any of them would be well worth it.
I visited Cuerro y Salado in the late 90's and there was only one boat trip on the lagoon. There was one room designated
as a visitor "center". No conference facilities. No restroom facilities to speak of unless you count the little outhouse.
And we changed into our swim suits in the bush. The "trolly car" of sorts that we took into the park was an open, wooded
bench-seated tram that was pushed all the way in & all the way out by some local kids. The ride in and out took a lot longer than
it does today. The entire park was a lot different than it is today. I'm sure whatever you choose once you're there will be time
well spent.
Enjoy!
