Bluebell -
Both Jungle River and Omega are good operators. Omega seems a bit
more service oriented and has a better (albiet more expensive)
selection of rooms. Oscar (Honduran) and wife Toni (Canadian) from
Jungle River are great people, as are Udo and Silvia (German) who run
Omega. I believe that Jungle River is still using primarily local
guides for rafting. Omega generally uses guides traveling the
international circuit. The last group were Kiwis and were a blast!
Both Omega and Jungle River are located in very close physical
proximity. It is easy to check out both and make the decision on
location.
The insects come at no extra charge at either location.
