Forest and Reef tours is run by a friend of mine. His name is Roger and his office is located in the Hotel Iberia on the first floor. The number is 504 441-2964. He speaks English, French and Korean in addition to Spanish and is immensely knowledgeable about everything Honduras-related.
You could also go the Jungle River Lodge, which is right on the river and has many activities in addition to rafting. They also have rooms and a restaurant. www.jungleriverlodge.com
There's also Garifuna Tours, which I have never used but it's been around for a while. I think they have a website, so you could try googling them.
