The Hotel Paris is right in the center of town, on the
plaza. The rates are cheap, (around $30 or so) they
have a pool, a restaurant, AC, and the staff are
fairly decent.
Even cheaper is the Hotel Catracho, near the
Expatriates bar. I believe they have AC, though it
might not be in every room.
I think if you google these places you should be able
to find contact info fairly easily.
