does anyone know about the change in phone numbers to the island...ive
only been in the states for about a month and have been tryin to get
ahold of some freinds and have been very unsuccessful until i contacted
my long distance provider and they say u have to add numbers to cell
phone numbers??? but i am still not able to reach a couple of house
phones...any help
