Hi Liz,
Here is some info from a rental car agency I have used several times. They are fluent in english and very ethical. You can make reservations ahead of time and they will be waiting for you at the airport. No need to be held up to do paperwork upon arrival and deal with rental agents that don't speak english. You will get the car that you reserved not any substitutes.
Well, we can pick them up in the airport, they can make a reservation in villa Nuria apartment, it is to 15 minutes of the airport. When they have to come back to the united states we can bring them to the airport too. They can contact the hotel to :
