It's great to see the law in action. Now TTI can sue Hondutel for all the damages both physical and due to lost business. At first I thought it was Conatel, but if even Conatel is ruling that Hondutel actions were illegal that a great thing.

In a 32 page report CONATEL the Honduran FCC equivalent informed the court that Hondutel acts were illegal and there was no proof of any wrongdoing on TTI's part. The court ruled that all charges had to be dropped and equipment returned. The court then offered an apology to TTI. Hondutel is appealing.
