Hi Terry and Vince,
You can travel from Belize to Honduras and onto Roatan.
Best option is to fly Altantic Airlines who last I heard where
flying 3 times a week from Belize City to Roatan stops in route in
San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba.
Another option is to take the overland route from Belize - Punta Gorda to Guatemala - Puerto Barrios and then to Honduras to Puerto Cortes, San Pedro Sula, La Ceiba and then Roatan or Utila. It is a good day or so trip.
Also a boat leaves Punta Gorda to Puerto Cortes I believe once a
week. Seas can get rough on the trip though.
>From Roatan to Utila and only option at the moment is to take the
Ferry from one island to the other you have to go via La Ceiba
though. You can also fly from one island to another but again most
times you need to go via La Ceiba.
Maybe sometime soon one of the Ferry Companies will offer some
service between Utila and Roatan.
