A new provider has come to the island and they seem to be very good quality. They are called Navega. However they have taken the decision to only supply non residential locations. Not quite sure how they define residential
TTI was trying to reach a deal with them to take over all their clients but that seems to have fallen apart.
They seem to be about double what TTI was charging but they make guarantees about the connection being up most of the time. They also guarantee that what you order is what you get in the bandwidth department.

If you're a business who relies on VOIP it would seem to be the way to go. I will be testing it out on Thursday and will happily share the results with you.
Install is going to be about $500 as I think you need new equipment. WiMax I believe which is better than the radios we are used to here and does not need line also better than the $1,500 install we are used to here for the older equipment.
I am trying to be accurate but all the details are still fuzzy will let you know more as I know more.
