The method used does indeed sound barbaric to say the least. TTI could still appeal and thus Hondutel could still have to return the equipment back to them if TTI won the appeal. So the whole confiscation should've been more organized , inventory taken, serial numbers. Plus there was no need to damage the location. From reading it , one would imagine they were raiding a drug house!!

Even if they had a reason, they have to have a warrant, or present
paperwork of accusations within 72 hours. Guess what? This was done
Saturday, and still no paperwork. Very fishy.

doing LD bypassing it is still against the law. Any other telecom
service they provide that was not yet authorized would've probably
just meant a fine and stop of operations until they get the permits.

passed by congress to take the LD triopoly taken away from Hondutel,
    Tigo and Claro.
