Hopefully you are not looking at the weather.com site. Its got the
worst record going. You did not mention when you were going in but I
find that AccuWeather has been right more than wrong for Honduras.

As far as I can see it looks good for the foreseeable future for
Tegus.
I have been diverted in the past for a short period of time going in
to Tegus to El Salvador. This was a TACA flight but I know others on
Amercian flights who have had to spend a few hours in San Salvador as
well. As Angel said, it is very rare except in spring when the
fields are being burned.
