Is there something specific you want ? Because San Pedro Sula has great stores like Carrion, and Diunsa that have big toy departments. I was at the City Mall in SPS a few days ago and there was a large toy selection. I know that sometimes kids want a specific toy and then if you can't find it it's useless to get another one. But just wanted you know some of the places that you could try out.
Also you could try buying online and hope it gets here in time.

I desperately need help bringing a couple of presents into Roatan at
the last minute. All our kids' presents were shipped by sea instead of
by air like they were supposed to be. At the moment they are not going
to receive any of the items they specifically asked for from Santa.
If anyone can spare some room in their suitcase (or I will pay for any
overage costs) please respond immediately. I can have something sent
over night to your home/office so that you can bring it along with you.
This is a huge favor to ask of complete strangers but any help would
be so tremendously appreciated.
