Please Please - Trim Previous Messages. When replying to a message,
remove all but the most relevant parts.
Please keep messages a little shorter than some recent ones have
been, on topic and to the point. If Long message is necessary to
explain to a certain person, perhaps a personal email is better.
PLEASE change the SUBJECT line when you change subjects. We have a
high volume of messages, and it makes them easier to skim. Everyone
does not want to read every message.
Don't Post Thank You's and Me Too's to the List. Please send these
types of messages directly to the person. There's no reason everyone
should read them.
