We just flew on Sosa from Roatan to Ceiba then to Tegoose later back to
Ceiba and then To Roatan. 4 flights and none left even close to being on
time. As you say they are a guess at best

What ever you do do not take an Atlantic flight. We were in Roatan in
August and did not have a very good experience using Atlantic. The airline
is not run well. The listed departure times are at best a guess. We had
over a 2 hour delay. When we asked what was the delay they had a really
poor concept of customer service. I would not recommend them.
