Hi John,
It's going to be very interesting to see what happens when
Roatan's 'freeport' laws come into effect next year. Apparently,
there will be a local by-law banning the carrying of firearms coming
into effect. One thing I'm interested in hearing is how this will
affect the non-LEO private security guards. We'll see.
