Yeap Megan, the Razr is a quad-band phone, meaning it can operates on the 4 frequencies used by most cellphone operators. So TECHNICALLY it can work everywhere in the world. But then comes economics and hits you in the face with those $1.99 or $2.99 per minute rates! Outrageous if you ask me. I might as well get an Iridium or Globestar satellite phone and be charged only $1 a minute and call from the depths of any jungle or mountain or even in the north or south pole. The only thing going for those international rate plans is that they are usually very convenient in that you keep using the same phone in other countries.
Well you already know that I hate those plans lol.. so I won't write much this time.
I haven't visit the Bay Islands yet and they are so close!! Again, being local I feel it's always there for me. Hope you can visit them and get the full tropical caribean experience.
