btw, just to add to what Charlie has already mentioned, you can call free from Messenger to Messenger from any pc that has the software and a headset. ie, msn to msn or yahoo to yahoo. Many of the internet cafe's are allowing this here and I understand you can ave an account linked to Paypal or a credit card to use them to call landlines and cellphones also, with charges like those that Charlie mentions. Also, I have installed Skype which offers the same sort of VOIP service and payment options but you'd need your own laptop to use it as most places do NOT install their software because it would lose them all their phone per minute business.
