Hello Andrea. I would suggest checking with the Honduran Consulate in your area for what paper work is required. Depending on your circumstances there are different types of visas or residencies available. The process takes a considerable amount of time. Start early on research for what you are applying for. There are attorneys here that have trouble interpreting what is best for your situation. i would definitely use a Bi-lingual Honduran attorney. Many can make the process very easy. I would suggest Jorge Lafosse b.Phd out of Teguciigalpa, Honduras. *011(504) 992-5744. it is an expensive call from the states. Contact the Honduran Consulate for your needs first.
