Hi Angel!
You, as well as everyone else on this group forum have been SO helpful! I greatly appreciate it so much!
I had a feeling they were residential-type neighborhoods. They sounds pretty safe too, so that's good.
I will be staying for about 2 weeks.
My mom is STILL worried about me and only thought I should go the MOST 4 days, but my fiance and I are also getting married so I want to spend as much time as possible there.
I am really feeling at ease now and am getting more excited than nervous. I will still do my research too though and I also have this book I got out of the library called Honduras and The Bay Islands. It is dated July 2006 too so I'll be getting up-to-date things with that too as well as here on this group forum!

It's a pretty area a bit away from the main city. To get out of Los Robles on your own, you would generally have to call a cab or walk to the cab station near the entrance to Los Robles. They have buses too but i recommend you use cabs, properly identifed with a number on the door. I'm sure you will rarely need that since your fiance will probably drive you around everywhere. Good thing is that nowdays there are at least 2 cab companies that I know of that you can call to get a cab. They are more expensive that getting a cab off the street but it's peace of mind vrs saving a few dollars. > > El Prado is another residential area but it's pretty much within Comayaguela (the nice part of it). Getting out of El Prado will be easier since you can get a cab off the street or call one. The downside is that while Los Robles is about a half a mile away from the city and thus it is quiet, El Prado is right in the city and traffic can be chaotic during peak hours. I drive thru the main street of El Prado every day on my way to work, and some times if it's late enough that traffic is low I drive thru it on my way back home. > > Both places are pretty good.
