Regret it took me so long but here is the information for you: Miriam;s Envio at 305-325-0440 is the service I used last November. They are located in Miami and do ship vehicles but don;t know current prices. Also I have been told that another company Rapido Cargo (also in Miami) at 305-631-0686 provides excellent service but may be pricier. Good luck -- let me know how it works out.
