Wal-Mart Central America operates three different retail formats in Honduras: Dispensas Familiar, Supertiendas Paiz and Maxi Bodegas:
Despensa Familiar is a discount store format with an average size of 4,400 square feet. There are 26 Despensa Familiar stores in Honduras.
Maxi Bodega is a warehouse format with an average size of 18,300 square feet.
Supertienda Paiz is a supermarket format with an average size of 17,000 square feet. Wal-mart operates 6 of these supermarkets in Honduras.

been told there are several. Are they grocery stores or combo stores or
