No Medicare in Honduras. The good news tho is the cost of medical care here is about what the deductable is in the States. Drugs are about 20% of U.S. prices.
I have gotten far superior medical care here than the U.S. and have never had to wait more than a day to see the Doc. I live in La Ceiba.
