Hi there,
The charter flights to and from Milan are on Saturdays and the people who
would know about them are the owners of the Henry Morgan resort,since what
they do is sell the package (hotel &flight) to italians that stay at their
resort.Nevertheless,I do think they can accomodate flight only passengers.
The suggestion I have is for you to call the hotel (sorry,I don't have their
number) or go by and ask them about it.
I would appreciate it if,when you find out,you could let me know too.All my
family is in Spain and I want them to visit when I am in Roatan.
