There had been rumor that Banco Atlantida had been easing up on
regulations and is now permitting non-residents to open bank
accounts. Do you have any information on this or do you know anyone
I might be able to call to find out if this is accurate?
Another way to fund an extended vacation trip is to open a bank
account and have funds direct deposited (wired) from home.
