I just wanted to post a note to tell everyone about a new guide book
for Honduras that was recently published, written by my good friend
Maria Fiallos, who you might remember from her stint as reporter and
editor of Honduras This Week.
The Adventure Guide to Honduras and the Bay Islands is published by
Hunter Publishing, and it is being distributed as we speak.
Amazon.com claims to have 2 copies for sale, which seems like a weird
number for a newly printed book. You can find it by searching for
Maria Fiallos or Honduras Adventure Guide.
The Guide will also be for sale soon in Roatan and Tegucigalpa, watch
this space for updates!
Maria has been in Honduras for over 20 years and is half Honduran
herself, so this guide has more than its share of insider knowledge.

I haven't read it yet. I asked to read the final draft, and Maria
told me I had to buy it, which is just the kind of thing that people
say to lawyers ;-)
Please keep your eyes open for it, or request it at your local
