I have a cable internet connection in San Pedro Sula with Sulanet -
they have offices in the new City Mall. I do not use the connection
for VOIP but check with them to see if the speed is quick enough or if
they have an option that is.
If they can not help try Globalnet contact them through
http://www.globalnet.hn/
There are plenty of internet cafes in San Pedro Sula offering VOIP it
will just be a matter of tracking the service provider who can offer
this in the area where you live.
