You may want to take a look at the Central American Spanish School as
well, the principal office for which is in La Ceiba. They have a good
reputation and offer classes in the islands as well. I believe have a
working relationship with Ixbalanque school in Copan (which also comes
highly recommended). You'll find the Central Amercican Spanish School
at http://www.ca-spanish.com/index.htm.
The immersion programs are the only way to go if you are serious about
learning as much as you can in a short time. Have fun!
